Events, Collaborations and Experiential Publicity

The saying goes “Dream big or go home!” and for International Women’s Day, this is exactly what we did in collaboration with Ferrari Brisbane… Bringing 30 of Brisbane’s most renowned, inspirational and successful business women together under one roof – and in an exclusive venue, our International Women’s Day soiree had the media writing about it long after the event.

Working closely with the Ferrari Brisbane team, we carefully articulated what International Women’s Day meant for us both, and how we were going to seamlessly integrate our concepts to deliver a show stopping event. For PDPR, our primary objectives were to create an atmosphere for women to showcase their success, enable networking opportunities for women across industries that typically wouldn’t identify themselves with on the daily, align ourselves with a notable charity and to give back to the community. For Ferrari Brisbane, their ideologies were mirrored in their #Ferraridrivenwomen initiative. The #Ferraridrivenwomen concept is aimed to celebrate successful, determined, and inspiring women from around the world and to encourage more women to get into the Ferrari driver’s seat.

With the ever-prevalent diversity issues that women are faced with in today’s society, it was important for us to develop a top-line strategy to focus on providing a supportive and encouraging platform for our guests to openly discuss and gain advice on issues they may be faced with. PDPR carefully selected and aligned nationally recognised sports and insurance lawyer, and immediate past President of the Women Lawyers Association of QLD, Cassandra Heilbronn, to hosts the guests on the evening. To tie in the luxury automotive #Ferraridrivenwomen concept, we were delighted to have Emma Notarfrancesco – Former co-host of the F1 Grand Prix, as our guest speaker on the evening. Delving into her incredible motorsport journey and the challenges she faced in what is traditionally known as a male dominated industry, Emma executed an incredible speech alongside an audience Q&A. The emcee and guest speaker truly were a power duo and the evening left us all feeling nothing less then a force to be reckoned with.

With a sizeable charity raffle on the evening, courtesy of our event sponsors; Libertine Perfumery, LÂPACH Luxurious Gifting, UNE Piece, Doo-Bop Jazz Bar, Emporio Armani, Christie Nicolaides and Ferrari Brisbane, we were pleased to have raised $1650 with all proceeds going to Women’s Legal Services QLD. A very special mention to Dr Michelle Delamont who was among guests and is one of the 2019 Dancing CEO contestants, whom is also raising money for Women’s Legal Services QLD.

Each guest was also gifted with a stunning south sea pearl and onyx bracelet from Australian luxury jewellery brand, Jan Logan.

As we all know, events are impossible without the support of our most valued partners. We would like to extend a very special and big thank you to; The Styled Group, AV Ideas, Wine & Dine’m, Habitat Flowers, Antipodes and of course our collaboration partner, Ferrari Brisbane. Photography was supplied on the night by PDPR and Judit Losh Photography with Videography by Film Focus.
