As Co-owner and Managing Director of PDPR marketing and creative, Annika brings a wealth of knowledge to the team spanning over 15 years in the industry. Annika specialises in the areas of hospitality marketing, health/wellness, the education sector and corporate branding and has a passion and flair for helping businesses achieve (and surpass) their communication goals.
Annika holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Human Movement Science) and a Bachelor of Business Management (International Business) from the University of Queensland as well as first class honours in Business Management in the field of marketing. Annika also sits on Council and Foundation for St Aidan’s Anglican Girls School, is a Justice of the Peace (CDec) and is a member of Entrepreneurs Organisation in Brisbane.
Having spent the last six years working with luxury automotive brands including BMW, Ferrari and Lamborghini, Kayla heads the PDPR automotive portfolio with extensive knowledge and practical insight.
Specialising in corporate relations, account management and brand alignment, her strategic skills lend themselves to myriad lifestyle brands, while her Bachelor of Business qualifications from Griffith University allow Kayla to deliver focus, clarity and processual accountability to each client campaign.
Kirsty Peros has over 13 years of industry experience in the media, advertising and events space. She has developed extensive knowledge and gained an impressive skill set across a variety of mediums including cinema, film, television and magazine publishing. With over a decade spent in the media industry, Kirsty was recognised along the way by both her peers and industry professionals for her media sales skills, strong client relationships, event/sponsorship management and creative flair.
Hannah is our second graphic designer not afraid of taking creative risks and queen of outside-of-the-box ideas. Specialising in branding, social content creation and marketing collateral, she takes our design department to the next level through her fast-learning abilities and passion for the industry.
Chantelle Sawka has more than 12 years collective corporate and public sector industry experience. Chantelle has had a strong focus in media relations, marketing and community engagement during that time.
She has developed a diverse skillset with exposure to a broad combination of portfolio areas including education, health and wellbeing, city growth, community, recreation and the creative arts. Her responsibilities have included digital and creative aspects within senior communication roles to lead strategic projects, public relations, events and partnership development.
These include a dedicated focus in brand and reputation management in proactive and reactive media relations. With a considerable career within the corporate communications and media industry she has valuable knowledge and expertise that are highly valued in our agency’s account management approach to generate positive results and enhance brand awareness for our clients.
