What started as a PR campaign quickly grew into a fractional CMO role as we worked with the founders to build out a nationally focused, top-down go-to-market strategy to launch this revolutionary new App to the Australian marketplace. Our full advisory service was utilised to deep dive into customer personas, target markets, UVPs, key messages and strategic growth plans. Key to our concept was to utilise influencers, user generated content and relatable faces to drive engagement, education and awareness.
